Understanding the maturity level of an area is essential for effective management and continuous improvement of an organization's operations.

It allows us to:

Identify gaps between the current state and the desired state to set realistic goals and objectives for continuous improvement.

Provide a solid foundation for decision-making, enabling leaders and managers to make strategic decisions about resource allocation, investments, and priorities. Areas or processes with a lower maturity level often require more attention and resources to enhance their performance.

Help identify risks and vulnerabilities. An immature area or process may be prone to issues and failures that can negatively impact the organization.

Promote the establishment of standards and best practices.

The competitive advantage grows exponentially with the maturity level of the area, leveraged by increased internal communication, the ability to collaborate with the rest of the organization, customers, and suppliers, and the possibility of making data-driven decisions.

The level of internal and customer satisfaction with the delivered service increases.
